Don'ts before an important Exam
Avoid a heavy meal before you prepare for exams. Needless to add, avoid junk food delivered to your doorstep.
Avoid eating comfort food such as crisps, toffees and chocolates. They'll make you feel relaxed, dull and drowsy.
Don't take milk, milk chocolate, caffeine, soda or energy drinks. Instead drink cold water to keep you awake.
Put your alarm on and take short naps; wash your face with chilled water when you wake up.
Mobile phones and social networking sites must be shut down.
Your mind keeps getting side tracked with irrelevant stuff. Keep a notepad and jot down random 'things to do' which keep coming to your mind.
Do not sit on bed or lie down when preparing. Stretch a little or take a little walk when your head starts spinning.
