Holmer had his
uncle left in this world and he had put him in the restaurant. At first Homer didn’t
even knew how to break an egg shell but as we know skill requires time so the
time went by and holmer learned cooking, His specialty was his Deserts that made
the whole town his big fan. He soon was hired at the finest place in town. It
was named Raspberry, the restaurant .he was sufficed with his earning there and
he always tried new things. But as we know there are no roses without thorns.
The Rivalry restaurant named Fellitachi’s new that they have seen a crisis just
because of this guy, just because of this guy named holmer. The folks were
always after him, trying to threaten him, trying to make him stop working, some
tried to bribe him to join Fellitachi’s. Holmer was a loyal personality. He
never intended to leave the place which
gave him shelter and a generous
earning and a respectable place in town and the hearts of people.
Well The folks didn’t
stop but holmer also carried out his work. The business of Raspberry was
enhancing as fast as light. They received orders from other towns too. Soon did
he became the manager and then he managed to own the restaurant, He had a
slight happiness but he wanted his parent should’ve seen that too. Holmer sure
had a busy life but he had his personal life too. He also had a home. Well
wait, I wont say home. He had a house in which he lived alone. Since his
parents died ,he never had any dreams of ,he just wanted to spend the rest of
his life and being good at what profession he adopted. He didn’t ever try to
make friends. Just adjacent to his house there was a guest house.
As his town was a
hill station so people came there lived for a while and left too. He never had
time nor chance to get along one.In winters 1979 there was huge snow fall in
town and the roads closed and light also got cut so he got free time from restaurant
for some weeks. He was afraid about that time because he had nothing to
do.Sometimes he thought of the girl he saw at the college dinner,so beautiful
she was. Holmer was one fine young man and he dressed well too and this frosty
morning he was dressed fine too and walking on the empty road like a gentleman with snow frosting on his
head, what a splendid scene it was .
